What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line support for all service requests, including prioritization and resolution efforts
- Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve environment issues
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all system security requirements and maintain system availability
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support service desk operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role
- 2+ years of experience supporting the Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence)
- 2+ years of experience in an AWS environment
- Strong customer-centric approach to finding solutions
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continued education and/or advanced degrees
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, firewalls, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
- Experience in the software-as-a-service, actuarial science, and/or insurance underwriting industry
