Service Desk Advisor

Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays; Angel Court, London; Willow House, Staines; Kirkstall Forge, Leeds

Contract: Permanent

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,500 depending on experience

Post holders will form the front line of system support for the Bupa Health Clinics systems support team. Responsibilities include managing incidents and requests via the ticketing system, owning tickets, and ensuring prompt resolution, either independently or by liaising with key contacts. They will also handle regular tasks such as bulk messaging or data uploads.

How you’ll help us make health happen:
  • Support the clinics systems to ensure standard operations are maintained, including resolving incidents and fulfilling requests.
  • Perform regular tasks such as sending confirmation texts and data uploads.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and support teams to ensure effective ticket resolution.
  • Support and liaise with support teams for systems and hardware issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of ServiceNow tickets and support portal queries.
  • Meet KPIs for personal ticket management.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a support desk environment.
  • Experience working with computer systems.
  • Customer-focused thinking.
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.
