The Foreman will supervise technicians, mentor the team, manage workflow and parts, and collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably in a supervisory or foreman role within a dealership service department.
• Strong knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and service procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of all automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality control and adherence to Chevrolet service standards.
