Position OverviewAs a Service Delivery Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity and delivering high-quality support across Kiewit’s enterprise functions, includingIT, Human Resources, and Business Operations. This front-line position provides direct support through inbound calls, service tickets, and live chat, resolving a range of inquiries from technical troubleshooting to HR/payroll issues, financial system access, and data management tasks.
This role demands strong business acumen, customer-first thinking, and a proactive approach to supporting the operational efficiency of a $12.5B organization. With exposure to various departments and systems, it provides a foundational path for individuals looking to grow their careers in business operations, human capital management, or enterprise support services.
