Service Delivery Supervisor

Department: Cadent

Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year

Description

The Service Delivery Supervisor will manage the LDP Operational Teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme. Responsibilities include supervising teams from work handover to project completion, ensuring effective and efficient operations. Success will be measured against HSEQ performance, adherence to programme timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery teams during works, including site setup, gas operations, backfill, reinstatement, and site completion.
• Attend sites to communicate the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS, and brief team leaders on responsibilities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards.
• Manage street works permits in accordance with NRSWA, including traffic management and permit conditions, and document reinstatement completion.
• Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Customer Liaison Officers to engage with customers and address specific needs to minimize disruptions.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to meet service levels and objectives.
• Contribute positively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
• Report safety issues following company procedures.

• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
• SCO 1, 2 & 5 (preferred)
• IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
• NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas Manager’s Appreciation
