Service Delivery Specialist at Blue Wireless

Based in our US offices, as a Service Delivery Specialist, you will ensure the successful delivery of services across the Americas, managing the entire order process from intake to completion.

As we expand quickly, the role requires a self-starter, well-organized, proactive, capable of overseeing regional operations while managing specific orders to meet Blue Wireless standards. You will maintain open communication with sales teams, customers, and onsite engineering teams (internal and partners).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee order completion throughout its cycle, including:
  • Order Planning: Collaborate with customers, field engineers, and other stakeholders to schedule installations meeting service levels.
  • Order Preparation: Coordinate with internal teams to source, configure, ship, and deliver service components.
  • Order Completion: Support technical teams in completing orders, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner Management: Manage Field Engineers and Alliance Partners in various countries, including:
    • Training & Enablement: Provide partners with necessary training and resources.
    • Ongoing Management: Ensure work meets specifications and deadlines.
  • Reporting and Process Management: Collaborate with team leaders on order flow management, including:
    • SLA Reporting: Maintain data accuracy and generate insightful metrics.
    • Process Improvement: Enhance system and process efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Work with customers, partners, and internal teams on complex projects as needed.
  • Candidate Profile:

    • Maintain a positive, problem-solving attitude.
    • Possess strong organizational skills, with accuracy in processing information.
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
    • Experience in an international business environment is advantageous but not required.
    • Passion for technology and enterprise networks is a plus.
