Job summary

KNAPP Inc. seeks a Service Delivery Project Manager in Kennesaw, GA. The role requires coordinating warehouse control systems, generating monthly analytics, and overseeing IT-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will travel to U.S. client sites (about 15%) and collaborate with IT departments to optimize upgrades and system performance for KNAPP’s logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or IT support.
• Experience with database-level SQL, SAP-C4S, and knowledge of C++ & Java.

Responsibilities

• Generate and provide monthly reports and analytics data for the customer that summarize incidents, changes, trends, etc.
• Coordinate problem-free implementation of upgrades & expansions.
• Aid in fine-tuning the system for optimal performance.
• Conduct monthly conference calls with the customer and IT departments to ensure proper operations and coordinate further measures.
• Serve as direct contact for IT-related issues overseeing the IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

KNAPP Inc. seeks Service Delivery Project Manager in Kennesaw, GA.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of Warehouse control systems.
• Generate and provide monthly reports and analytics data for the customer that summarize all incidents, changes, trends, etc. as well as service desk efficiency.
• Coordinate problem-free implementation of upgrades & expansions.
• Aid in fine tuning the system for optimal performance that suits the customer’s needs.
• Conducting monthly conference calls with the customer and IT departments to ensure proper operations and assist in finding solutions and coordinating further measures for existing problems.
• Serve as direct contact for IT-related issues overseeing quality of the IT infrastructure as provided by Knapp and the IT services.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Must have 2 years of experience in customer service, project management, or IT support, including experience with database level SQL, SAP - C4S, and knowledge of C++ & Java.

Working Conditions and Environment:

• Travel (15%) to U.S. client sites required as assigned by employer; less than 5% int’l. travel.
