State Street is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with its Cyber Security Engineering teams within the Global Cyber Security organization. The role focuses on delivering application and cloud security workstreams and ensuring secure configuration management across the enterprise.

You will lead end-to-end planning and delivery, manage cross-functional milestones, and communicate progress to executives and stakeholders.

• 5 years of demonstrable experience working cross-functionally in a complex IT environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional delivery, and align security outcomes with business risks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, including cross-functional milestones.
• Coordinate delivery of security workstreams, planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Track technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure visibility and progress.
• Support process compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the day-to-day delivery interface among end users, stakeholders, leads, engineers, and vendors.
• Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams.

This role sits in our Cloud Application Secure Systems Engineering within the Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization. What You Will Be Responsible For In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, including the management of cross-functional project milestones. Coordinate the delivery of various security workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates. Track technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure they remain visible, assigned, and actively progressed. Serve as the day-to-day delivery interface among end users and stakeholders, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors. Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams. Communication: Translate complex technical risks and progress metrics into clear updates for executive and non-technical leadership. Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, risk reduction, and remediation. Education & Preferred Qualifications Required qualification(s): Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; a cyber security-related qualification is preferred. Required experience: 5 years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles. 3 years of cyber security domain experience is preferred. Required or preferred certifications: A relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe, is preferred. Knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies, such as NIST, is preferred. Security certifications, such as CISM or CISSP, are preferred. Knowledge of tools or technologies: Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite. Salary Range:$70,000 - $118,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
