FlairX Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Site Delivery Manager to lead large-scale data center operations across multiple sites, managing a workforce of 90–100 professionals in a 24x7 environment.

You’ll partner with client leadership and technical teams to drive delivery milestones, maintain quality and safety standards, and build high-performing teams ensuring operational readiness across critical infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure delivery, or field operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading large teams across multiple sites or shifts.
• Experience with hyperscale data center builds, deployments, or operations.
• Strong data center infra knowledge: cabling, fiber optics, rack install, network turn-up.
• Experience managing 24x7 field ops, workforce planning, and readiness.

• Oversee field operations across multiple data center sites with 90–100 professionals.
• Lead and develop Tech Leads, Senior Auditors, Auditors, and Lead Network Engineers.
• Own audit plans, site coverage, productivity, throughput, and milestones.
• Establish quality controls, evidence standards, and re-audit processes for 98% QA pass.
• Ensure 24x7 execution with shift planning, handovers, and issue resolution.
• Manage staffing, rosters, overtime, performance, attrition and development.
• Partner with client site leadership; lead operational reviews and escalations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS and site procedures.
• Measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement across processes.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global technology and AI solutions organisation to identify an experienced Senior Site Delivery Manager for its expanding US data center infrastructure programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale, multi-site data center field operations, manage a workforce of approximately 90–100 professionals, and drive operational excellence across a 24x7 environment.

You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing site delivery, workforce performance, quality, safety, and operational readiness across critical data center infrastructure.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client.

What You'll Do

• Lead Large-Scale Operations: Oversee field operations across multiple data center sites, leading approximately 90–100 professionals across day, swing, and night shifts.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Lead and develop Tech Leads, Senior Auditors, Auditors, and Lead Network Engineers, driving accountability, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Drive Delivery Performance: Own audit plans, site coverage, workforce productivity, throughput, and delivery milestones across the programme.
• Champion Quality: Establish strong quality controls, evidence standards, and re-audit processes, targeting a 98% QA re-audit pass rate.
• Manage 24x7 Execution: Ensure effective shift planning, workforce coverage, handovers, operational reviews, and resolution of delivery issues.
• Own Workforce Planning: Manage staffing levels, shift rosters, overtime, performance, attrition, and employee development.
• Partner with the Client: Build strong relationships with client site leadership, lead operational reviews, communicate delivery performance, and resolve escalations.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Drive adherence to EHS requirements, site procedures, and operational standards.
• Measure and Improve: Establish and monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and continuously improve operational processes.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure delivery, network infrastructure, construction, or field operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading large teams, ideally with responsibility for 50+ employees across multiple teams, sites, or shifts.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data center build-outs, deployments, or operations.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including structured cabling, fiber optics, rack installation, network deployment, and network turn-up.
• Experience managing 24x7 field operations, workforce planning, operational readiness, and delivery performance.
• Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, quality assurance, productivity, and service delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technical teams, contractors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to be based in the New Albany, Ohio area and travel between data center sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hyperscale or large enterprise data center environments.
• PMP, ITIL, Lean, or other relevant programme/operations certifications.
• OSHA 30, BICSI, or Fiber Optics certifications.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams in complex infrastructure programmes.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent delivery performance across sites and shifts.
• QA re‑audit pass rate of 98% or higher.
• At least 99% completeness of operational records and evidence.
• Strong workforce coverage, productivity, and controlled attrition.
• Zero recordable safety incidents.
• Smooth site transitions and operational handovers without disruption.
