Role Overview:

This role involves driving the delivery of Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs, such as Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. The Service Delivery Manager will join the Skills Assessment Team to develop and execute skills assessments for a regulatory remediation program, ensuring effective talent development across the enterprise. Key tasks include skill mapping, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, review, and remediation planning. The role also involves process improvements, sustainment activities, and coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate processes and technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Implement controls to manage compliance and operational risks.
  • Manage routine to complex activities to ensure accurate program execution.
  • Collaborate with HR functions to meet process design requirements.
  • Identify solutions aligning with business needs.
  • Mentor team members to enhance performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement regulatory skill assessments, including planning, data review, and validation.
  • Consult with leaders to ensure assessment accuracy and data alignment.
  • Analyze data to identify insights and trends, translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Maintain quality assurance of data and processes.
  • Support program execution and process/tool improvements.
  • Ensure processes meet regulatory standards and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Guide junior team members to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years' experience in program development, talent management, or leading complex projects.
  • Strong program management, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and managing ambiguity.
  • Attention to detail, judgment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, PowerPoint, and Excel.
