Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Worcester, MA to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure and Managed Services engagements. You’ll drive client satisfaction, manage data center hosting and asset lifecycles, and lead modernization initiatives with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable cloud adoption on AWS and Azure, deliver transformation programs, and report to executives on governance and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services engagements while ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
• Manage data center hosting operations, infrastructure services, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on modernization, operational efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
• Drive Continuous Innovation and Improvement (CII) programs using metrics and root cause analysis.
• Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Manage service governance, risks, escalation management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.

• Demonstrated success delivering Transformation and Modernization Programs.
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
• Experience driving Automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications Required

• Preferred certifications include Project Management

Annual compensation between $140,000-$155,000 is being offered for this role.
