Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring full-time Service and Delivery Drivers to join our warehouse and field operations in Burien, WA. You will deliver tires and equipment, load and unload, and maintain safe driving practices in accordance with DOT rules.

We offer starting pay between $21.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including 401(k) with company match and disability coverage. This role supports our service-focused, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Safety‑minded applicant with 1+ years delivery experience.
• Clean MVR and 1+ years no at‑fault accidents.
• Valid driver’s license for vehicle classes used.
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Knowledge of DOT hours of service requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently according to policy.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and hours of service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
• Deliver tires/equipment to customers on route.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security.
• Follow company COD policies for cash transactions.
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties.
