Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver in Minnesota to deliver tires and equipment and support warehouse operations in a safety‑conscious, DOT‑compliant manner.

Starting pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, disability coverage, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement. 21+ with valid license and clean MVR required.

Qualifications

• Delivery/box truck experience preferred.
• No At-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Maintain a clean MVR and valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to more than 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT certification and comply with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and in accordance with TBC policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT hours of service requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Deliver tires/equipment to customers following route sequencing.
• Handle COD payments per policy and maintain a clean vehicle and work area.
• Contribute to customer service aligned with People Focused Values.
• Wear supplied uniform and operate MHE safely as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
