The Service Delivery Coordinator will be supporting a National Insurance Provider based in San Antonio, Texas.

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role within AVI by serving as the initial point of contact for service issues being reported by our customers. This person will be responsible for Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management.

Requirements to assure success:

  • Ability to understand ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations and methodologies.
  • Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage.
  • CTS certification is preferred.
