Primary Position Duties

• Develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote high morale within the department and store with honest and open communication.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment, fostering a culture of relationships and continuous improvement.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and directives, promoting a harassment-free environment and reporting any harmful situations.
• Build knowledge and skills through training and education.
• Attend departmental, store, and company meetings; contribute to profits and meet productivity standards.
• Provide excellent guest service by promptly acknowledging guests, accurately taking orders, and finalizing purchases in a friendly manner.
• Assist in displaying, restocking, and maintaining deli products, ensuring freshness and proper merchandising.
• Help control product costs and maximize sales and profits.

Position Requirements

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE TRAIN!

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Equipment: Fryers, Rotisserie, Slicers, Cash Register, knives
• Physical Abilities: Walking, standing, sitting, twisting, bending, and repetitive hand and arm movements; occasional stooping, crouching, kneeling, or crawling; lifting and climbing as needed.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, hear, and understand instructions and safety information.
