Service Crew (Restaurant)/ Up to $2,600 + Staff Benefits

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary up to $3,500 with yearly increment based on performance.
  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week (alternating weekly: Week 1, 5 days and Week 2,6
  • days).
  • Working Timing: 9 hours (Monday - Thursday); 9.5 hours (Friday - Sunday)

Job Description:

This is a contract role for a Service Crew (Restaurant) located in Islandwide. Our clients are an award-winning Chinese restaurant specializing in Herbal Roast Duck. The job involves taking orders and serving customers while ensuring the quality and quantity of food and beverages meet standards. Providing courteous and professional service is essential, along with maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation. The role includes shift responsibilities and requires accountability to superiors for the smooth operation of the assigned section. Attending roll calls and participating in training sessions conducted by the Training Department, Human Resource, or the Manager is necessary. Additionally, adherence to operational procedures is expected, with opportunities to suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency.
