SERVICE COUNTER/CLERK (Finance)



Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, and monitor all quality assurance standards. Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to handle stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail experience
  • Second language skills (speaking, reading, or writing)

Responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to all laws, safety, and food safety regulations
  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers
  • Maintaining product knowledge and responding to customer inquiries
  • Informing customers of specials and ensuring product quality and proper labeling
  • Using equipment safely and maintaining inventory and temperature logs
  • Reporting discrepancies, safety issues, and accidents promptly

Salary Range: $20.54 - $22.10 per hour
