KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Coordination Department

Ensure paperwork is completed and submitted on time

Complete 10 hours of mandatory service coordination training annually

Supervise and monitor the delivery of services, ensuring efficient use of resources

Keep detailed and organized electronic records of service coordination activities

Play a vital role in developing caseloads, delegating tasks, and managing Service Coordinators

Make sure Service Coordinators adhere to their roles and responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of documentation for any audits required by state or local authorities

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a Health, Human Services, or related field

Experience in Early Intervention Programs or Service Coordination (required)

Ability to travel locally for meetings

Must have your own computer and phone for work

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
