A nonprofit agency is seeking a Service Coordinator to support young adults transitioning to independent living. This role involves building relationships, managing mental health services, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have strong case management skills, along with a passion for helping others.

In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.
Program Description:
The MIYA Program provides mobile services and support to young adults transitioning from the social service system to independent community living. It empowers individuals to make decisions about their lives while working closely with families and natural supports to achieve recovery goals and maximize long-term stability.
The program uses a clinical and skill development approach to help young adults build adaptive skills needed for independent living. MIYA promotes self-determination and supports participants in choosing where they live, learn, work, and socialize, fostering stability and long-term recovery.

This position is primarily located in Great Pittsburgh area. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.
The travel required for this position is frequent.
