Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Service Coordinator II to work with the Data Center leadership team in Indianapolis to ensure hiring and onboarding tasks are met.

You will assist across client accounts, post and maintain openings, monitor staffing postings, and coordinate onboarding, equipment requests, and offboarding processes while producing data-driven reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Works well in an agile and scaling environment.
• Innovative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding detail-oriented and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, be resourceful, and set priorities appropriately.
• Clear and effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a collaborative global environment.
• Minimum 2 years of office management/employee experience, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Delivery Executive and Leadership across client accounts.
• Post and maintain open positions as needed.
• Monitor and maintain staffing postings for multiple sites.
• Point of contact for administration requests for team resources, facilitating questions, and needs.
• Hold frequent meetings with leadership on multiple accounts to address staffing needs and timelines.
• Oversee recruiting activities across client accounts including opening and tracking positions; request/resolve new hire onboarding/provisioning, including through client portal.
• Request and monitor equipment needed for key positions.
• Ensure completion of employee offboarding and equipment return; data and reporting responsibilities to assist leadership with tracking, gathering, and assembling data into digestible format, support creation and delivery of presentations.
• Removal of employees from Milestone and Client systems as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and Milestone Technologies headquarters.
• Assist leadership in preparing confidential data for decision making.
