The Position

To coordinate our care services to home-based clients. Tasks include:

  • Listening to and understanding client service requests (verbal and written).
  • Using your “matching” skills and our software to find suitable care workers.
  • Communicating with care staff about service requests and client needs.
  • Liaising with clients and care workers.
  • Using our software system to search, communicate, and book services.
  • Handling all customer service issues.
  • Managing carer-related issues.
  • Ensuring the roster and database are accurate and up-to-date.
