S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Columbus Branch Service Department.
The role involves preparing service quotes and estimates for materials and labor, and presenting a professional company image during in-person and phone interactions. Responsibilities include issuing quotes, following up on non-approved estimates, opening tickets, and processing invoices for completed SFU repairs weekly.

Provide assistance to the Service Department in the Columbus Branch. Duties include completing and sending service quotes and estimates for materials and labor for repairs. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Other duties may be required as assigned by the Service Manager or Branch Manager.
