Description:

• Full Time – Day Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday -Friday)
• Location: Germantown & Silver Spring, MD
• Department: Maintenance
• Provide administrate support to the Regional Director of Plant Operations, Facilities/EOC Manager of Germantown and the Manager of Silver Spring. Work with both hospitals in coordinating EOC rounding, obtaining data for EOC reporting.
• Reports to Plant Operations Director & Facilities/EOC Manager
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with CMMS software.
• Assists Facilities and other departments in capital procurement process.
• Handles Signage & Wayfinding ordering and installation.
• Supports Space Allocation Committee with stakeholder physical moves including coordinating contractors, TIS, and Plant Operations staff to ensure space readiness.
• Handles the purchasing process, budget tracking, and reporting process with vendors to obtain estimates for work orders.
• Bills monthly operational expenses related to the Physician Office Building and assists with the annual furniture budget for furniture purchases for Holy Cross Health.
• Assists vendors in questions about purchase orders, unpaid invoices and other inquiries.
• Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.

• High school graduate, good grammar, punctuation, math and spelling skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and schedule tasks.
• Must speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills. Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer software i.e., Microsoft products.
  
  

Preferred:

• One or two years of experience in building maintenance and/or property management is preferred.
  
  

Pay Range: $27.75 - $38.84

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
