Work Type: Part time 20 hours a week
Pay Rate: $21.00

We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator who is passionate about supporting older adults and connecting them to valuable resources that enhance their independence and well-being.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Coordinator, you will:
Design and facilitate engaging programs and activities tailored to residents' needs.
Connect residents with local agencies and cost-effective service providers.
Act as a trusted advocate by identifying needs and referring residents to critical support services.
Develop partnerships with community organizations to broaden available resources.
Host educational events focused on healthcare, life skills, and support services.
Deliver excellent customer service while assisting with basic resident needs.
Help residents access transportation, financial aid, personal care, and more.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years in social services, with a focus on elderly or family populations.
Skills: Strong knowledge of local resources, excellent problem-solving, and advocacy capabilities.
