We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator who is passionate about supporting older adults and connecting them to valuable resources that enhance their independence and well-being.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Design and facilitate engaging programs and activities tailored to residents' needs.

  • Connect residents with local agencies and cost-effective service providers.

  • Act as a trusted advocate by identifying needs and referring residents to critical support services.

  • Develop partnerships with community organizations to broaden available resources.

  • Host educational events focused on healthcare, life skills, and support services.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while assisting with basic resident needs.

  • Help residents access transportation, financial aid, personal care, and more.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: At least 2 years in social services, with a focus on elderly or family populations.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of local resources, excellent problem-solving, and advocacy capabilities.
