They must be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) as well as other technological programs (IE: CDK, Podium, XTime).They should be able to communicate with a wide variety of people on many levels and professionally and courteously explain repairs at the customers level.With an extensive amount of customer communication on sometimes technical topics, they should also be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone and in writing (IE: email and messaging). Our company uses many different technologies and our Service Consultant are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites. This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check. EOE
