Job summary

TEKsystems in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Service Consultant who serves as the first line of communication for internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting a performance-based incentive program.

The position is contract-to-hire, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, with hours 7am–7pm, 8-hour shifts, 2 days a week. Pay is $20.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental & vision; 401(k); life insurance; disability; HSA; PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience or comparable work in retail, sales, or financial services.
• Experience in a call center environment is desirable.
• Experience and comfort with computers and internet is highly desirable.
