Friendly Powersports in Slidell, LA is seeking a Service Concierge dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in to completion. You will be the primary contact for service customers, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, accurately documenting concerns, communicating updates and timelines, processing payments, answering service questions, and supporting the service team in a fast-paced environment

You'll be the main point of contact for service customers-making sure they feel taken care of, informed, and confident in the process.
