Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking a Team Member (TM) - Service Champion to join our Taco Bell restaurants in Roeland Park, KS. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages quickly, and maintaining a clean, safe, compliant work environment.

You will act as a brand ambassador, assist customers, handle payments accurately, and follow all policies while presenting a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Education: Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Compliance: Maintain a valid Health Card or Work Permit as required by state or local regulations.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Stand/walk continuously; lift up to 50 pounds; bending/reaching/pushing/pulling/stretching/repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• As a brand ambassador, assist in creating lifelong connections with customers.
