Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a Team Member (TM) - Service Champion for its Taco Bell operation in North Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in a fast-paced setting.

The team member will act as a brand ambassador, assist customers, and follow safety guidelines while supporting a positive, can-do attitude on shift.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain a valid Health Card or Work Permit as required by state or local regulations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout scheduled shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• As a brand ambassador, assist in creating lifelong connections with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure accuracy while processing payments and inputting orders.
• Prepare and serve food/beverages quickly and efficiently while following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
