Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a Team Member (TM) - Service Champion for Taco Bell locations in Nevada. The role emphasizes customer engagement, strong service standards, and adherence to food safety and company policies.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping guests and supporting store operations. As a non-exempt position, the Team Member is expected to arrive with a positive attitude, demonstrate reliability, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for guests

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain a valid Health Card or Work Permit as required by state or local regulations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Stand and walk continuously; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform motions including walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as a brand ambassador and create lifelong connections.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure accuracy while processing payments and inputting orders.
• Prepare and serve food/beverages quickly and safely following food safety guidelines.
