Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC, a Reliant Transportation Group Company, is seeking a Service Center Lead to support daily operations at a designated service center. You will coordinate across departments, supervise drivers, and help ensure safety standards and budget adherence.

This role partners with the Service Center Manager to implement policies, monitor performance, and drive service excellence. 3–5 years in transportation operations and proven leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in the transportation or related operations industry.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry safety practices and familiarity with state and federal transportation regulations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing transportation operations for the service center
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of transportation policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations under the guidance of the Service Center Manager
• Assist in supervising, training, and coaching transportation staff
• Conduct safety checks and support corrective action initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth route operations
• Assist in monitoring route budgets and tracking expenditures
• Support relationship management with transportation vendors and stakeholders
• Step in for the Service Center Manager as needed for meetings, communications, and operational oversight
