Power Technique North America LLC in Anaheim, CA, seeks a Service Center Manager to drive growth in service and parts by delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will lead shop and field technicians, manage operations, and ensure high-quality repairs.
You will report to the National Operations Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and customer support.
As a Service Center Manager - Anaheim, you will drive growth of the parts and service business by delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and profitable service center performance. You will lead service operations, develop your team, and ensure equipment is repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will report to the National Operations Manager.
Travel: Occassional travel may be required for this position (approximately 10%)
3 to5 years of service leadership experience is required, preferably with hands‑on technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of compressed air equipment, generators, dewatering pumps, energy storage systems, or similar industrial equipment.
A bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant work experience will also be considered.
