Job Description

The Service Center Coordinator supports NBCU Facilities Customer Service Center & Building Intelligence Operations. You will support all NBCU West Coast sites, including Universal Lower Lot Studio Operations, 10 Universal City Plaza, Dream Works Campus, Assembly Studios in Atlanta, and our Sports teams in Stamford. Your role involves handling diverse customer service requests, providing information on Facilities Ops & Eng activities, and supporting weekly work planning with Work Control and Maintenance Supervisors. You will serve as the primary contact for trades & engineering for work management and represent the Facilities Ops & Engineering department in delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do
  1. Operate the Facilities Ops & Engineering Service Center, responding to requests via phone, IWMS, and email.
  2. Triage work requests and assign crews to work orders.
  3. Utilize IWMS for work order management, including creation, assignment, and reporting.
  4. Manage daily IWMS functions such as updating labor and zone teams with resources.
  5. Collaborate with the Sr. Work Control Manager and MRO Manager to deliver top-tier maintenance and customer service.
  6. Code work orders accurately for various types like Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, etc.
  7. Assist customers with entering requests through the IWMS portal and mobile app.
  8. Review work orders for data quality, ensuring accurate property, crew, and asset information.
  9. Support work management reporting and coordinate with Finance and admin teams on cost analysis.
