As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Service Cashier to join our service department team. This is an essential customer-facing role that supports the smooth operation of our service department. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Service Cashier Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general service inquiries
• Accept and process payments for completed service work accurately
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions in accordance with company policies
• Provide printed invoices and explain charges when necessary
• Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
