Position: Part Time Service Cashier
Company: Raceway Chevrolet

Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 7:30am to 2:00pm and every other Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

Position Overview:
As an Automotive Service Cashier, you will be the final point of contact for customers after their vehicles have been serviced. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service while handling payments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments for service and repair orders (cash, credit, and checks)
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily cash reports
• Assist with answering phones and directing calls within the service department
• Coordinate with the service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as needed
• Ensure a clean and organized cashier station

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
