Job summary

Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is hiring a Service Cashier in Brandon, FL. You will support the service department by handling customer documents, payments, and file management with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• File and organize documents in service and accounting departments.
• Maintain historical records in an orderly fashion.
• Pull files for management, warranty companies, and manufacturers.
• Assist in daily receipting of funds and deposits.
• Support cash handling and customer payments.
• Operate office equipment and computer systems; meet deadlines with urgency.
• Uphold honesty and integrity; work well in a team.
