Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group in Rosenberg, TX seeks a courteous, professional front-desk associate to support the service and parts departments, invoice and cash out invoices, and guide customers to the correct team. You will work closely with the service staff and other internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will also communicate with callers and visitors in a friendly, efficient manner, prepare memos and reports, and assist with light office duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Invoice and cash out service and parts invoices.
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to the salesperson.
• Work cooperatively with the service and other internal teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Count drawer and deposit.
• Other duties as assigned.
