Responsibilities

• Always maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Inspect service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile repair orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Calculate charges for materials, labor, taxes, and warranty as applicable.
• Collect payments (cash, check, or authorized charge) and provide receipts/change.
• Document charge purchases per office policies.
• Complete accounting segments of repair orders as directed.
• Accumulate and submit all closed repair orders and invoices daily.
• Handle and account for daily cash transactions.
• Return customer keys upon payment and direct them to their vehicles.
• Answer service department calls, transfer appropriately, and take messages when needed.
