Diffee Ford Lincoln is a family owned Automotive Dealership looking for a full time Service Cashier

Duites include:

-Booking tickets to flag technicians with proper time and correctly charge customers
- Create Purchase Orders for Vendors
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
