Job summary

Swingers Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Experience Captain to deliver exceptional service in our Las Vegas venue. The role requires hands-on leadership across front-of-house operations, excellent guest interaction, and allergen-aware menu knowledge.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in hospitality, hotel reception experience, and certifications in TIPS and food handling. Expect nights, weekends, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced, fun environment.

• Hotel reception/front desk experience.
• TIPS alcohol certification.
• Food handling certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.

The role:

The Guest Experience Captain is expected to provide the highest standard of service. By consistently demonstrating their experience and advanced job abilities through their actions, Guest Experience Captains provide a high level of support to the efficiency of all front of house teams. They proactively support their colleagues and guests. They have thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu with allergen awareness. In addition, they are expected to be able to fulfill the duties of any other non‑management tipped role in the floor, course or reception department.

Our perfect candidate has:
