Swingers Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Experience Captain to join our team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering the highest standard of service across front of house, supporting colleagues and guests, and ensuring knowledge of the food and beverage menu.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality, front desk experience, TIPS certification, food handling certification, strong communication, and the stamina to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality.
• Experience at hotel reception/front desk preferred.
• TIPS alcohol certification required.
• Food handling certification preferred.

The role:

The Guest Experience Captain is expected to provide the highest standard of service. By consistently demonstrating their experience and advanced job abilities through their actions, Guest Experience Captains provide a high level of support to the efficiency of all front of house teams. They proactively support their colleagues and guests. They have thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu with allergen awareness. In addition, they are expected to be able to fulfill the duties of any other non‑management tipped role in the floor, course or reception department.

Our perfect candidate has:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry


• Hotel reception/front desk experience


• TIPS alcohol certification


• Food handling certification


• Strong communication skills


• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company


• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard


• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
