The BDC Representativeis responsible for scheduling service appointments, cashiering customers, greeting customers, and assisting the writers as needed.

You must be an outgoing friendly person who enjoys helping customers!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly.
  • Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
  • Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
  • Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience a plus.
  • Call Center experience a plus.
  • Dealership experience preferred.
  • Automotive Service experience a plus.
  • Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills. You must be able to use good grammar in your written communications.
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay.
  • Drive to succeed in customer expectations.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
