Pay is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour (based on qualifications)

Job Description

The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
  • Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
  • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
  • Generate and schedule service appointments.
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
  • Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment and/or commission driven role.
  • At least 2-3 years of previous high level customer / hospitality level service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Required:

  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid drivers license.

Compensation (Hourly):

(The Service BDC Agent Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $22.00.)

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week/ 2 days off
  • Weekend availability required for Saturdays
  • Off on Sundays
