Job summary

Paycom is seeking a bartender/bar-back for our New Orleans venue. You will set up, maintain and operate the service bar, take to‑go orders, and prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include promoting positive guest relations, collecting payments, and assisting in keeping the restaurant, service areas and equipment clean and organized. Must be 18+, with prior bartending or bar-back experience and on‑site attendance.

Qualifications

• Essentials: regular on-site attendance, 18+ to serve alcohol, 1 year bartender or bar-back experience, effective communication, basic math, cash handling, legible communication, stress management, alcohol awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and operate the service bar.
• Take to-go orders and prepare/serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare bar drink orders for service staff and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote positive guest relations and manage payments.
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant, service areas and equipment.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen and bartenders for smooth service.
