- Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior bartending experience required.
- Proficient in basic computer operations
Certifications, Licenses, And/or Registrations
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and certifications for the position.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Maintains a clean, well-groomed appearance and consistently wears the proper uniform, including name tag, identification badge, and slip-resistant footwear.
- Arrives to work on time and follows correct clock-in procedures.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all job-related policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
- Provides prompt, professional, and courteous service to all guests at all times.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
- Performs well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service.
- Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Complies with all established cut-off procedures, ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted to Guest Safety, the Beverage Manager, and the Director.
- Understands and applies information from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as required for the role.
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Ability to be a TEAM player
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing on feet and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
