Looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a fun and unique environment? Castle Noel, located in Medina, OH, is seeking an experienced Service Bartender to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing great service and enjoy working in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a Service Bartender at Castle Noel, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• We are looking for a talented Service Bartender to run our craft beverage station located right inside the restaurant. In this role, our servers handle the guest orders via the POS system and deliver the drinks directly to the tables—leaving you completely free to focus on the art of mixology!
• Preparing and serving beverages with efficiency and accuracy.
  

We provide the ultimate cocktail playground, including:

• Cocktail Smoker with a presentation dome
• Dry Ice Machine for dramatic effects
• Drink Printer for custom designs on frothy creations
• Bubble Machine to top off drinks with smoke-filled bubbles
  
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Assisting with event service during busier weeks.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings a combination of skill, experience, and a can-do attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in bartending or a similar role.
• Flexibility: This is a part-time position with varying hours depending on events. You’ll have the opportunity to work around your home schedule, with shifts ranging from two to five days per week.
• Availability: The latest shifts typically end between 9:00-10:30 PM, depending on events. Perfect for working parents or those with other commitments during the day.
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys interacting with guests.
