First Merchants Corporation is seeking a customer-focused associate to support banking center operations and deliver excellent service. The role emphasizes handling customer requests, sales referrals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations within a busy environment.

The position supports opening/closing banking center tasks, cash handling, and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Sell bank products, make customer referrals and other activities to support goals.
• Know about all bank products.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions.

As Part Of This Role, You Will

To be successful in this position, we require the following

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.
