Job Description: The Service Assistant position works with other members of the service team to ensure the smooth daily operation. This role requires adaptability to a rapidly changing workload and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop your career within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external.
• Conduct vehicle drives, including dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and loaners, running errands to the Bodyshop, and testing charging stations such as Electrify America.
• Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves as requested.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over; support check-in processes when needed.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and supporting the service department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification post-hire, demonstrating safety and operational commitment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post-hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.
