Join ChristianaCare as a Service Assistant III - Materials Picker for a part-time role working 20 hours on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

Primary Function

Responsible for accurately picking and packing customer supply orders for delivery to hospital supply locations and off-site facilities, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fulfill customer supply orders via pick ticket, documenting quantities and discrepancies.
2. Handle supplies and equipment, maintaining sterility and infection control when applicable.
3. Pack and transport orders to outbound areas for shipment.
4. Load and unload shipments and internal transport carts.
5. Stage inbound shipments and transport carts in designated areas.
6. Transport inventory from receiving to warehouse locations.
7. Restock supplies in warehouse shelves with proper organization and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Work in a busy hospital environment with noise, dust, and dirt.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and pushing carts up to 250 lbs.
