Your Role

As a Service Assistant/Busser, you will maintain setup in the dining room to ensure guests receive food and beverage service consistent with Neiman Marcus standards. You will work on-site and report to the Restaurant Manager.

What You'll Do

• Focus on table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables
• Deliver food and beverages to guests as indicated by kitchen tickets
• Maintain the bus station and beverage areas
• Learn table numbers and sections
• Assist kitchen and service staff with service needs, such as restocking and setting up stations
• Help waitstaff with service tasks, including refilling beverages and running food
• Set up the dining room with key items like coffee, iced tea, and ice; restock glasses, flatware, and linens
• Perform pre-shift, post-shift, and regular duties as assigned
• Lift and move objects such as tables, chairs, and highchairs
• Maintain high hygiene standards
• Dress appropriately and prepare necessary supplies for work

What You Bring

• Experience in food and beverage service following proper guidelines
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service order
• Understanding of food preparation and culinary terms
• Ability to interact graciously and handle multiple duties
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
